Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and you’ll receive a notification email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We look forward to expanding to other regions in the future.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, The Loving Lotus Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information provided and contacting the carrier directly.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at thelovinglotusco@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, once an order has shipped, we are unable to alter the destination.
