Since being part of the layoff of the Customer Success department earlier this year, I’ve been on a journey to redefine my career and embrace new opportunities. With over nine years in Customer Success and a decade in client-facing roles, I’ve built a foundation rooted in cultivating strong relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering impactful results. Initially inspired by my yoga practice, this venture has flourished into a holistic wellness company, offering thoughtfully crafted products like the Loving Lotus Recovery Tonic and Lotus Vitality Elixir. Guided by values of authenticity, self-love, and personal growth, I’ve used this time to deepen my brand’s mission and expand its offerings to empower others on their wellness journeys.

This transformation has also sparked an interest in pivoting into new industries, including counseling and holistic wellness. Whether through my impactful contributions to the Health & Wellness Initiative at Yelp or the development of wellness-centric products, I’ve consistently sought ways to connect with people and create meaningful change.
